About Hannah

Hello and welcome to my about me page! I am Hannah Schriner - a 23 year old artist that lives in Westfield Indiana. I have been creating art ever since I could hold a pencil in my hands. In high school I took about every and all of the art classes I possibly could. I even was in two AP art classes my senior year. After high school, I next moved to Ball State University for my first year of college where I majored in drawing. After deciding Ball State was not for me I transferred to Herron School of Art and Design at IUPUI where I majored in Drawing and Illustration. I really enjoyed my time at Herron and did very well my two years in college - I still did not feel like that was my path to take in life. I have been very grateful for all of the creative experiences I have been able to partake in. One of the most special opportunities I was given was being able to work along side the artist, Shannon Walsh, who was the owner of The Drem Corporation. This was a nonprofit organization where we painted murals for places like the YMCA and many different schools to bring some extra life and creativity to their learning spaces. We also did an auction of our paintings where all of the proceeds went to Riley's Children Hospital. Shannon has since passed due to cancer but I will forever cherish the amazing experiences and opportunities she gave me.

As for my work I absolutely love trying new art mediums! I love doing things from sketching to paintings to even lithography. I cant wait to continue to expand and explore my creative pallet!

I am still searching to find the right creative career path for me!
